The process was the same as the first time with the squishing, yanking, soaking and pulling. 3 hours later, my hair is dried again and I am looking in the mirror STILL SEEING ROOTS!!!!!! I told her Again- "I still see SO many roots". It wasn't even a little hard to miss. She brought over another stylist to look at my hair and they proceeded to Both blame it on the person who did my hair before they got their hands on it. They told me I would have to come back and get low lights put in as well.

Instead, I came back form the salon with more roots than an oak tree. I wonder how they would have reacted if they were in my shoes. I can't afford to keep going to a salon to get my roots done and coming back with roots showing!

I don't care what the person before me did with my hair. If I pay you $70 to simply fix my roots, I expect to leave the salon without my roots showing. Especially after having to sit through TWO applications.

I went to my appointment with a positive attitude, expecting there to be no problem. I sat down, tried to make friendly conversation with the stylist, but she apparently didn't feel like being social that day. Not even a smile.

When get back to the station and she dries my hair. I look at my reflection and all I see are roots!!! It didn't look any different from when I walked in, despite her best efforts in trying to hide my roots by parting it a funny way to hide what she missed. Needless to say, by then I was not happy. I told her that it did not look like I just got my hair done at a salon AT ALL. She apologized and I had to sit there and have her put product in my hair ALL OVER AGAIN.

While she was putting product in my hair, she was squishing me with her stomach without hesitation. I felt very uncomfortable. To put product in the front part of my hair by my face, she yanked on my hair from behind me, making me have to tilt my head all the way back instead of just doing that section of my hair from in front of me. If she needed me to move my head, she didn't ask, she forced my head in the direction she wanted it to go. Fine. This stuff happens... I guess.

Then, when it came time to wash my hair, I got my face washed simultaneously. She used my face as an arm rest while she washed my hair, soaking my face in water. When she used the towel to dry off my hair, she grabbed my eyes with it from behind and yanked back, practically gouging my eyes out!

I recently went to Salon Elizabeth to get my roots done and had a terrible experience. I am not one to leave negative reviews on a business page, but I am so bothered by my experience that I found it necessary.
