Join Duke's Fitness Center for a healthy and supportive environment to meet your goals! I joined in 2008 due to its location and prices, and have stayed a member due to the great classes and friendly environment. Some of my favorites include the early morning motivational speaker, the evening adrenaline junkie, the true optimist, and the boot camper that pushes and believes in your strength before you've realized it is there. Duke's helped me transform my life with its opportunities and community, a community which spills out onto race tracks, trail paths, and mountain peaks.
Best gym ever
I was recently in St Albans for a week working . For 20$ I got a week membership at Dukes. Great little gym . Good combination of free weights and hammer strength machine. Plenty of treadmills and any thing else you would need for a gr8 workout. The staff is very friendly and Dukes has a great positive energy about it . I would strongly recommend Dukes !
