I visited your store twice in the last month to get information and to purchase a Kenmore vacuum. The first time the sales person couldn't give me any information on different models, the second time I was in the store for about 10 minutes and no one even showed up . I just finally walked out. Very disappointed.
My mother had a wonderful experience with the st.albans Vermont store. David and Star were beyond helpful in making me happy after I was given a wrong delivery date online. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Highly recommended by her!p
Always excellent service and friendly staff. The new owner and management seem to have completely turned this store around. THIS IS NOT THE SAME TEAM THAT PREVIOUS REVIEWS HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT. If you have had a bad experience in the past I urge you to give them another shot.
Great service from Wayne and everyone at the local Sears store. We were out of state and needed to replace a refrigerator and gas grill at a rental property. Wayne handled everything over the phone, gave us a great deal, and coordinated the delivery with our tenants. Highly recommended.
I have excellent results with this store. I bought a lawn tractor there that still works great. Have go a great deal on tools. My wife will be buying new appliances there when ours break down.
