I have experienced returned as undeliverable twice in the past 4 weeks. Both pieces were addressed properly, neither piece had the postage canceled. They were mailed from Sheldon 05483
If I could give Zero stars I will, the costumer service is horrible! the guy who answer the phone is like a zombie, he should be fired, and let people who enjoy to have a JOB! to work there. So, I sent very sensitive documents to USCIS and they returned them!!! without any VALID reason OR EXPLANATION, !!! they received them at 11:57 AM and returned them at 11: 59 AM whaaaat!!!??? now my documents are" LOST"!!! I called them several times and the give answers like " I don't have the package in front of me, so I don't know what happened with your package" , " I don't know sir,/ madame" and keep silence over the phone, really?? HOPE THEY'RE ALL BURN IN HELL! mtfkrs!!!!
Pretty typical post office. Great parking. I shipped and picked-up there maybe twenty times. I've asked a few obscure questions and they had answers. The staff seems capable, knowledgeable and they get it done.
I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect at a place of business in my life. Time and time again the people who work at this post office have been rude to me and are unwilling to help me. I had to ask a man named Matt who works there to literally stop interrupting me and listen to me because he was in such a rush to get off the phone with me that he kept interrupting me. If you hate your job so much...do everyone a favor and QUIT!!
The bigger, older woman who is just about ALWAYS at the front desk is REALLY RUDE!!! My husband wont even go there anymore because of her, but the guys are really great and will go out of there way for you!
