The attention given to their customers is minimal. When you go sign a lease with them: they hand you a generic contract and you're on your way. Any information that could be useful is not given. They will give one set of keys despite the home owner telling me that she gave them 2 sets to give to us or they promised her to do that one or the other. Even the home owner is pretty frustrated with them but that's something she can talk about I wouldn't mention issues from that aspect on her behalf.
