Good food & friendly service. A nice spot to stop in downtown St. Albans.
Staff is nice, but stretched. Seafood a little bland. Steak a little over-cooked. Good atmosphere. Worth a 2nd chance.

We've been a patron of Jeff's Maine for 20+ years. In all that time, they've remained a solid choice for seafood, burgers, and vegetarian dishes. Service is great, parking is plentiful, and there's plenty to do nearby if you want to have a couple beers and wander before you get into your car.
Food was terrible. Waited over 15 minutes after sitting for someone to even get our drink orders, and then nearly an hour to get our food. My husband's prime rib was "grilled" halfway between a roast and a ribeye. My meal was so disgusting that I sent it back. BBQ steak tips that were swimming in about a half cup of bbq sauce.
Probably won't be going back, which is a shame because there aren't many fine dining places in St Albans.
